There’s nothing like a live band to get a crowd stoked and create a sense of sophistication for your wedding or special event.  Our bands create are professional quality, and provide an ambiance of refinement with an energetic contemporary feel.

Band prices can vary by the number of musicians, the amount of time you want them to play, day of the week, and the time of year. For example, prices for performances are highest for Friday and Saturday because that is when musicians are in greatest demand.  A New Years Eve performance will cost more than a performance in the middle of August.

In order to book the band for an engagement, a contract must be signed and 50% of the price must be received as a down payment. The remaining 50% is due the day prior to the event (so that checks can be cut and given to the musicians at the performance). The musicians will arrive 30 to 60 minutes before the performance to setup.

We do bookings for one-time special events or multi-events (multiple performances at a restaurant, for example). One-time special events often require more work on our part, so in these cases we may charge additional fees. Here’s a rough guide for how we charge:

  • Musicians are typically paid $150 each per evening (which covers the first two hours of performance,  an hour for setup, an hour for tear-down, and an hour to prepare material and equipment for the performance)
  • Tuxedo Option: $50 per musician
  • Booking Fee: $50 (covers contracting, W-9 processing, cutting checks, booking the musicians, and coordinating playlists and equipment)
  • Sound System Option: $50 to $100 depending upon what is required
  • Each Additional Hour of Performance: $50 per musician
  • Other Fees: Other fees may be required if the event requires additional setup time, extra preparation or equipment, or for further driving distances.

Here is an example of pricing for a one-time Special Event (such as a wedding or Corporate event).

A two-piece band is needed to perform for a two hour corporate event on a Saturday evening. The event planners want to use our sound system.

  • Performance Price: ($150 * 2 musicians) = $300
  • Booking Fee: $50
  • Sound System Option: $50
  • Total Price = $400
